Annotation for a test method to create and delete a deployment around a test method.

Usage:

public class ExampleTest {

  @EventDeploymentAnnotation
  public void testForADeploymentWithASingleResource() {
    // a deployment will be available in the engine repository
    // containing the single resource org/example/ExampleTest.event
  }

  @EventDeploymentAnnotation(resources = {
